Help with your Kaiyros account, billing and privacy, on the web and on iPhone.

Email diego@kaiyros.ai from the address you use for Kaiyros. We reply within two business days, usually sooner. Please never send a password, sign-in code or TikTok authorization token.
Billing
- Cancel a web plan: in Kaiyros, open Settings and choose Manage billing. Our billing portal, provided by Stripe, lets you cancel, change plans, update your card and see invoices.
- Cancel an iPhone plan: open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and cancel Kaiyros. Apple bills App Store plans, so only you or Apple can cancel them.
- When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.
- A payment failed: update your payment method in Manage billing on the web, or in your Apple ID settings on iPhone. You keep full use for 7 days, then read-only access until day 14.
- Refunds: email diego@kaiyros.ai about a web payment. Apple handles refunds for purchases made in the iPhone app, at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
- New phone or reinstalled the app: sign in with the same account. If your plan does not appear, tap Restore on the plans screen in the iPhone app.

Delete your account
- On the web: open Settings, go to Privacy & your data, and choose Delete my data.
- On iPhone: open your Profile and choose Delete account.
- Either way, deletion asks you to confirm, then erases all Kaiyros accounts under your login. If you can no longer sign in, email diego@kaiyros.ai.
- Deleting your account ends a web plan at once. It does not cancel an iPhone plan: cancel that in your Apple ID settings.
Your data
On the web, Settings → Privacy & your data lets you request a copy of your data or ask for a correction. You can also email diego@kaiyros.ai. What we collect, who processes it and how long we keep it is in our Privacy Policy.
